A: Behutet is a publication of Thelesis Oasis, the Philadelphia-based body of the Ordo Templi Orientis. It is always 36 pages long and published quarterly, on Solstices and Equinoxes.
Q: What does the word behutet mean?
A: Behutet is the name of a form of the Ancient Egyptian god Horus. He is the winged sun disk that guards the threshold. Thelemically, Horus represents the New Aeon and the focus of this publication is on Thelema as it manifests in the Modern World.
Q: Is Behutet an “official” OTO magazine?
A: Yes, Behutet, while not directly published by the OTO, is an official publication.
Q: Who started Behutet?
